Cury Cross Lanes
This old traditional crossroads pub lies at the gateway to the Lizard peninsula. The large wooden bar to the left presides over a spacious seating area with fixed benches in front. To the right is a small seating/dining area, with a larger dining room beyond. Interestingly the beamed ceiling has cart wheels suspended from it; the bar room is warmed by a stove in winter. Various country and local scenes adorn the walls with numerous games trophies also on display. The beers vary but two of the three on offer are always from Skinner's Brewery. The bus service passes through Cury village, at White Cross, 1km walk away.
