Good Beer Guide 2026
The Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide – the UK’s best-selling beer and pub guide – was released on 25 September 2025.

Each entry contains a short description as well as details of regular beers that can be linked to the brewery section to discover local beers, as well as some treasured national favourites.
This guide is compiled by consumers for consumers and is the most independent and complete guide to find good beer.
The Guide has been fully researched and pubs inspected by CAMRA volunteers. Many pubs are still trying to settle on their opening times and meal times so CAMRA has avoided entering opening hours as these may change during the currency of the Guide. CAMRA recommends that customers phone the pubs to avoid long wasted journeys if unsure. All pubs have a phone number listed.
The UK’s definitive guidebook to good pubs that serve real ale across the UK. Refreshed and updated for its 53rd edition, it is fully revised and features recommended pubs across the United Kingdom that serve the best real ale as well as a comprehensive listing of UK breweries. This is the complete book for beer lovers and for anyone wanting to experience the UK’s finest pubs. The Good Beer Guide is completely independent, with listings based entirely on evaluation by CAMRA members. The foreword for this year’s guide has been penned by Ed Byrne, comedian and beer lover. Famous for his #preshowpints on social media, he has posted about the various bars and breweries he has sampled around the UK prior to his shows.
