NOTE: The Stag Hunt is up for sale currently (Jan 2025) but is being run (at weekends only) by locals on a voluntary basis, whilst they try to raise funds for a community buyout. It opens at 14.00 for important sportin occasions on TV. This is a pleasantly converted and traditional Cornish granite one-bar community pub on the main Falmouth to Redruth road. The front bar leads up to a raised back room, and there is also an upstairs room at the rear, which can act as a function room. The downstairs drinking area has a wooden floor at the bar end with a carpet in the side extension, and is decorated with photos depicting scenes from the area, both recent and old. Buses between Falmouth and Redruth stop outside the door.
