An attractive freehouse in the centre of Ladock, on the bypassed former A39 road to Truro. Central to community life, the Falmouth Arms comprises a main bar with wood-burning stove, an overflow bar, and a separate restaurant area. Locally-sourced ingredients go into the very reasonably priced meals. The pub hosts a community library with access to the Cornwall library service; the library room also doubles as a meeting room. Photos on the bar walls depict the pub's history, and a selection of wooden puzzles is available to tax you cerebrally. The beer choice reduces to two at times. New B&B rooms are now available.
