Hello all, firstly apologies for the silence on our end while we have been in consultation. It was with a heavy heart we shut the doors to the pub, the reason for this was due to not enough people coming in and buying a drink. We cannot afford to keep the pub alive if not enough people are using it regularly. We have however after some discussion, found a potential way for the pub to remain open while we await a sale, but it needs your help. What we would require from the village is people to volunteer their time to work the bar and for a large amount more of the village to come through the door and buy a drink.
